Municipality of Manapla is in 2nd Congressional District located at northern part of the Province of Negros Occidental, lies between geographical coordinates of10ᵒ 54′ 52.6” and10ᵒ 59′ 25.8”North latitude and 123ᵒ 04′ 29.2” and 123ᵒ 10′ 41” East longitude, 44.7 kilometers north of Bacolod City. It’s Northern and Western boundaries were defined by Guimaras Strait,   bounded on the east by the City of Cadiz, and on the south by the City of Victorias.
